Set as Dependent Duplicate...

To create a live link between two elements, making one a "master" and the other a "secondary" that inherits all its properties.

How to Use:

1. Navigate to the Edit > Set as Dependent Duplicate... menu.
2. The status bar will prompt you to select the MASTER element.
3. Click on the element you want to designate as the master. It will become highlighted.
4. The status bar will now prompt you to select the SECONDARY element.
5. Click on the element you want to become the duplicate.
6. A dialog will appear asking for confirmation. Click Yes to create the link.
7. The secondary element's properties will be overwritten by the master's, and a permanent link is established.
